I bought this wine a few years ago, and have had in my wine cellar, vintage 2013 is no longer available, but it is possible to buy vintage 2014.

This test is made at “room temperature” with a Zalto burgundy glass and a “test glass” from Riedel, and the use of Coravin model 2

The clarity of the wine, clear with a pale intensity and ruby colour, looking in the glass there is legs/tears formning from alcohol. In the nose (primary aromas) it is a clean and medium plus intensity floral notes from rose and fresh fruit notes of strawberry raspberry, red cherry, black cherry, herbal notes from dill, (secondary aromas) hint of creme from MLF, and at hint of vanilla from oak, this wine is still developing. Palate the wine i dry, with at medium plus acidity, medium tannin, medium alcohol (13,7% ABV), it has at medium body, the flavour intensity is medium plus flavour characteristics fresh strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, black cherry, notes/hint of cream from MLF, it has a long finish.

My conclusion of this wine it is a very good wine that you can drink now but it has potential for ageing mayby 5-8 yers more.

I would recommend drinking this wine at a temperature around 18°C (64°F) degrees (room temperature) Perfect for a dish of Boeuf Bourguignon or a dish of chicken, or a dish with fish (salmon, trout) and not too spicy,
